Odey uses top of the line, state of the art Karaoke equipment at her music sessions with the residents at the retirement centers.  She has wireless microphones that allow her to walk freely among the audience.  She encourages everyone to sing along with her.  And frequently she will give a second microphone to one of the members of the audience and allow them to sing into the microphone.
